Going Green

I decided to have a go at a kit layout challenge. Nicole Young at Nicole Young Designs is my favourite digi-scrap designer. I absolutely LOOOOOVE her stuff! So here's what i came up with, using her Going Green kit :o)

Occasionaly [once or twice a term] i let Rose ditch school so we can have some girly time. Aren't i naughty?

This is a page i put together using Nicole Youngs elements from a kit that i can't remember the name of lol
The photo of the kids didn't turn out so great because it was a pretty small part of a picture and i couldn't clear it up enough as i made it bigger. I might have to redo it :o/

Cactus Love

I visit a lovely blog [Far Far Hill]who's owner makes very unusually pretty digital scrap booking freebies! I try to remember to comment when i visit her blog and one day i went over there and she'd made this AWESOOOOOME cactus quick page. My eyes nearly popped out of my head i was so excited to find a cactus scrapbook thing, and something so pretty. Because "cactus" and "pretty" don't really mix. But then, when i went to the 4shared download page, She'd actually made the page for me, titled "qp_for_cactus_freek". Well, that just made my week! That was on May 27 and i'm still tickled pink over that! :o))

I took the kids to the local park on Friday. While there, they had a great time playing together! They don't get along 80% of the time, so when they do, it makes me really happy. I enjoy being around them so much more when they laugh together!
This page has absolutely nothing to do with the park, i realise. But while there i got the idea for this layout :o)


I'm one of those people who LOOOOOOOVES thunder storms! I'll actualy try to make sure i'm at home when i know one is coming. So when i see clouds like these, i get quite excited!
